FLORIDA | The Gender Bias Study Implementation Commission was established in 1990 and disbanded in 1996. Since then there have been a number of committees that were inactive due to lack of funding. The Chief Justice appointed a new committee with funding called The Supreme Court Committee on Fairness which covers gender, racial, ethnic, elder, and disability issues.
